🎯 Requirements
- 4-8+ years leading complex aerospace/hardware programs.
- Execute programs end-to-end across development, production, launch.
- Strong cost, schedule, risk mgmt, KPI tracking, reporting.
- Experience managing suppliers and contracts in aerospace.
- Systems integration across hardware, software, space ops (AIT/launch/ops).
- Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Confluence, ERP; AWS/GCP.
