Manage cost, schedule, risk, and supplier relationships to ensure delivery.
Develop integrated program plans across spacecraft, production, launch, and sustainment.
Drive cross-functional alignment and KPI-driven operational excellence.
Communicate with leadership to align on objectives across lifecycles.

🎯 Requirements

5–10 years leading technical programs in aerospace or satellites.
Deep knowledge of satellite systems and radar/RF technologies.
Experience with full systems integration across hardware, software, and space ops.
Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
Familiarity with ERP systems and cloud data pipelines (AWS/GCP).
Strong cost, schedule, risk management (EVM) and supplier management.
