🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related; 4–6 yrs exp.
- Experience in Food & Beverage, CPG, fulfillment or manufacturing.
- Product/Program management experience; strong facilitation and leadership.
- WMS/ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) and inventory software.
- Data analysis with Excel/Sheets; SQL knowledge.
- Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Agile/Scrum experience; strong communication.
