Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

\n
• Serve as TPM and Scrum Master for 2–3 engineering teams, owning day-to-day execution.
\n
• Lead end-to-end program management for complex technical initiatives and client implementations.
\n
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retros.
\n
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate roadmap priorities into plans.
\n
• Own execution tracking across teams: sprint health, milestones, dependencies.
\n
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and blockers to stay on track.
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• 5+ years in Technical Program or Engineering Program Management, SaaS/data-driven.
\n
• Hands-on with Agile teams; Scrum Master or delivery lead experience.
\n
• Proven ability to manage multi-team programs from planning to execution.
\n
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation.
\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; cross-team alignment.
\n
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence for Agile PM.
\n
