- Own and lead cross-functional Partner Solutions and Internal BU Products programs/projects.
- Manage project goals, schedules, resources, and risk to ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate priorities, schedules, and status to all levels, external partners, and the developer community.
- Work alongside Solutions Engineering and Products teams to define and plan new programs.
- Work closely with the Mysten Labs Partnerships team on strategic engagements.
- Identify and solve cross-functional roadblocks.
🎯 Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience managing projects and programs in dynamic environments.
- Professional experience with SDLC Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with distributed teams across multiple countries in a multinational environment.
- Strong collaboration with technical teams, with a solid understanding of underlying platforms and technologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and information organization skills.
- Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end projects, from ideation through execution and delivery and maintenance.
