🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in chief-of-staff, program management, operations, or similar roles in research/technical environments
- Can take loosely-scoped problems, define goals, break into steps, and execute without direction
- Have built and managed teams, programs, or functions from scratch
- Write clearly and concisely; default to a one-page doc
- Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information
- Can hold details of multiple workstreams while context-switching
