- 5+ years full-cycle recruiting; 3+ yrs product recruiting in R&D/tech.
- Deep understanding of Product PM/Design roles and paths.
- Strategic partner to senior Product leaders using data and insights.
- Advanced sourcing to engage passive product talent via multichannel.
- Data-driven mindset; analyze metrics to inform hiring strategies.
- Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced requisitions.
