- In-house exp preferred; agency exp a plus.
- Deep understanding of Product Management and Product Design roles.
- Strategic partnering with senior Product leaders using data and market insights.
- Advanced sourcing skills with multi-channel approaches for passive talent.
- Data-driven mindset; analyze recruiting metrics and trends.
