Technical Product Manager TS/SCI

📋 Description

• Translate DoW vision and requirements into detailed tech specs and user stories.
• Define and maintain the product roadmap; prioritize backlog to milestones.
• Lead sprint reviews, demos, and government acceptance activities.
• Partner with engineering, compliance, and deployed teams to resolve ambiguities.
• Act as day-to-day product authority with DISA and government stakeholders.
• Produce and maintain PRDs, specs, traceability matrices, and briefs.

🎯 Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance (no exceptions).
• Recent (within 3 years) DISA or DoW experience.
• 5+ years product management; 2+ years in DoD/IC programs.
• Translate government requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Excellent written communication; gov-facing product docs.
• Experience with Agile in DoD acquisition frameworks; SAFe or similar.
