🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in analytical/technical/scientific field; advanced degree preferred.
- At least 5 years in a software development environment, ideally biotech/NGS.
- Deep expertise in identifying and prioritizing software features.
- Proven ability to lead complex trade-offs and improve processes.
- Experience leading software development in regulated markets (FDA, CAP/CLIA) for diagnostics or lab ops.
