- Ability to read electrical schematics, PCB layouts, and technical specifications
- Experience managing budgets ($1M+) and cross-functional technical projects
- Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing including PCBA assembly, testing, QA
- DFM/DFT/DFMEA methodologies knowledge
