- Own the Customer Domain lifecycle: identity, profiles, consent, behavioral data, and Customer 360.
- Define and maintain the Customer Domain vision and roadmap aligned to business, marketing, analytics, and CX.
- Partner with data/engineering to manage ingestion, modeling, governance, and access (Databricks, APIs).
- Define and monitor funnels, KPIs, and metrics in Databricks.
- Enable personalization and activation by ensuring reliable, governed data for downstream tools.
- Support CDP initiatives and migrations, including Braze migrations and integrations.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 3โ5 years of Product Manager experience in customer data, data platforms, MarTech, analytics, or enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of identity resolution, profiles, consent, tracking, and lifecycle analytics.
- Experience with Databricks, data warehouses, event pipelines, and enterprise REST APIs/microservices.
- Familiarity with Braze or similar lifecycle marketing tools.
- Ability to partner with engineering/data teams, translating complex data into product direction.
- Agile experience in cross-functional enterprise teams.
