- Experience translating between engineering details and business impact with execs.
- Comfort owning ambiguous problems where correctness and attribution matter.
- Prior experience in cybersecurity, data science, compliance, or statistics preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or master’s in CS or related field preferred.
