Technical Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own and execute product strategy and roadmap for credit decisioning services.
• Lead two engineering teams in Agile delivery (sprint planning, backlog).
• Translate complex tech concepts into clear outcomes for teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to turn problems into stories and acceptance criteria.
• Drive alignment for resiliency, stability, and compliance.
• Provide proactive updates on progress, dependencies, and risks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Ownership or Agile PM with Scrum leadership.
• Technical background with AWS, Python, and Java.
• Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS, in production.
• Strong ability to communicate tech details to senior stakeholders.
• Manage evolving scope, ambiguity, and cross-team dependencies.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field; fintech preferred.
