Technical Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of AI and data initiatives across multiple products.
• Define data management strategy: models, pipelines, governance, lineage, cloud.
• Lead agentic systems: orchestration, memory/context, guardrails, fallbacks.
• Establish AI evaluation frameworks: LLM evals, benchmarking, human-in-the-loop, drift monitoring.
• Partner with engineering to design scalable ingestion, transformation, retrieval, multi-agent coordination.
• Define metrics for success; translate objectives into APIs, data contracts, orchestration, observability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years in technical product management, preferably AI/ML or data platforms.
• Strong data architecture and data management: modeling, governance, lineage, cloud.
• Experience with AI-powered or agent-based products, including orchestration and evaluation.
• Familiarity with LLM concepts: context windows, RAG, prompts, tool calls, guardrails.
• Experience defining evaluation frameworks: offline/online testing, metrics, benchmarking.
• Cloud computing, distributed systems, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including exec reporting.
