📋 Description

  • Partner Management: Build relationships with financial partners; main technical contact.
  • Technical Integration: Define and implement partner integrations; ensure requirements met on time.
  • Performance Tracking: Set SLAs and metrics; monitor and improve partner health.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Partner teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years in partner management, technical project management, or business operations.
  • Experience leading medium-to-large technical projects with external partners.
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical info to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Experience in banking, e-commerce, or payments; knowledge of payment tech.
  • SQL and XML proficiency (basic–intermediate).
  • Experience in SaaS or cloud-based technology environment.
  • Ability to thrive in unstructured, fast-moving environment.
