📋 Description

• Troubleshoot and repair process and packaging equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and support changeovers.
• Train operators in Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and TPM activities.
• Document work orders in SAP Plant Maintenance.
• Maintain equipment reliability and quality records.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate Degree in a technical field with 2+ years’ experience.
• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing experience preferred.
• Solid troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read pneumatic schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
