Technical Operator

📋 Description

• Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, automation, machining, and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and support equipment setups and changeovers.
• Train operators in Autonomous Maintenance and TPM activities.
• Document work orders using SAP Plant Maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with operators, peers, supervisors, and leadership.
• Follow safety and GMP standards, including LOTO and Confined Space procedures.
• Assess equipment reliability and perform routine adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of quality checks, production numbers, and waste performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read pneumatic schematics and mechanical drawings.
• HS Diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in manufacturing tech, or 5+ yrs.
• Physical ability to lift 10–200 lbs, push/pull, and stand long shifts.
• Strong communication and teamwork; flexible to production needs.
• Willingness to learn and build technical skills.
