🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's in Chemical or Mechanical Eng, 7-10 years in related field.
- 7-10 years direct hands-on ops/production in food/CPG.
- Thorough knowledge of manufacturing methods and equipment.
- Ability to communicate with management clearly and timely.
- Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Willing to travel to U.S. manufacturing sites.
