π― Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical support operations, solutions engineering, or similar roles
- Experience working with global vendor support teams across multiple time zones
- Strong knowledge of ad serving, pixels, conversion tracking, APIs, debugging, HTML and JavaScript
- Able to interpret technical docs, bug reports, and engineering tickets into clear guidance
- Proactive in identifying patterns, solving problems, and improving processes
- Detail-oriented and organized; maintain high-quality documentation and workflows
