  • Lead day-to-day operations of vendor Technical Support teams; ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Serve as primary escalation point for complex issues; troubleshoot before Engineering escalation.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize bugs and support incident management with clear information.
  • Build and improve escalation workflows for cross-team communication.
  • Identify recurring issues and advocate long-term fixes for stability.
  • Own and maintain knowledge base, troubleshooting guides, and escalation docs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support operations, solutions engineering, or similar roles
  • Experience working with global vendor support teams across multiple time zones
  • Strong knowledge of ad serving, pixels, conversion tracking, APIs, debugging, HTML and JavaScript
  • Able to interpret technical docs, bug reports, and engineering tickets into clear guidance
  • Proactive in identifying patterns, solving problems, and improving processes
  • Detail-oriented and organized; maintain high-quality documentation and workflows
