- Experience providing Level 2 (L2) support in a tech-driven environment.
- Proficient problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Software development experience, particularly with Python.
- Familiarity with AWS and/or Google Cloud, and Linux administration.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Administration, Agile, CI, PostgreSQL, and Observability.
- English proficiency is required with strong communication.
