- Maintain detailed documentation and timely closure of experiments.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, plus 3-5 years' relevant experience.
- 3-5 years hands-on ops/production experience, preferably in food/CPG.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing methods, techniques, and equipment.
- Effective communication with management; provide timely, candid and accurate options.
- Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, presentation, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Willing to travel to manufacturing sites across the U.S.
