Lead end-to-end onboarding for new clients
Coordinate onboarding timelines, resources, and tasks
Gather credentials and document client environments
Oversee tool deployment and transitions from prior IT providers
Collaborate with engineers to deploy endpoint management, IAM, and security tools
Maintain onboarding progress docs and communicate updates

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of MSP experience (preferred)
Experience coordinating onboarding projects
Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 knowledge
Familiarity with endpoint management tools (Intune, RMM)
Understanding of identity and access management best practices
Experience with MSP security tools (EDR, backups, monitoring)
