🎯 Requirements

5+ years in Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy, Django; Flask required.
1+ year in full stack leadership; formal people mgmt not required.
Balance coding with guiding a small team and setting priorities.
5+ years with relational DBs; PostgreSQL (preferred) and GraphQL.
Cloud experience: AWS (preferred), GCP, Azure.
End-to-end delivery ownership; drive architecture and quality.
