• Reduce reliance on sensitive raw logs with governed, structured data.

🎯 Requirements

• Led data engineering teams building production data systems at scale.
• Experience in trust & safety, privacy, or related domains.
• Deep technical with data architecture, pipelines, privacy, reliability.
• Experience with Spark, Airflow, distributed storage, batch/streaming.
• Think of data as a product: reliable, governed, observable, reusable.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration across engineering, data science, policy.
