- SQL Server knowledge (modelling, stored procedures).
- Hands-on with Azure, cloud-native apps, CI/CD.
- Architectural direction across teams.
- Architect scalable, secure systems with .NET, React, Azure.
- Adapt architecture to project/client needs.
- Ability to validate architecture beyond team.
- Medical domain experience is a plus.
- Mentor engineers and decision-makers.
- Strong knowledge of SOLID and OWASP.
