• 8+ years in autonomous vehicles or robotics, with 3+ years in management.
• Systems integration mastery across diverse software stacks onto hardware.
• Experience building automated SIL/HIL testing infrastructure.
• Cross-functional diplomat navigating software, embedded, and hardware trade-offs.
• Ability to translate vague goals into concrete technical requirements.
• Proven leader capable of risk management and delivering results.
