🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience building real-time payment systems (e.g., PIX) from design to production
- 6–8 years in full SDLC with some leadership/mentorship
- Strong focus on architecture and infra
- Proficient in Java/Spring Boot; code review and prod debugging
- Distributed systems, APIs, integrations, and critical payment flows
- Experience in regulated/mission-critical financial environments
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English
