Technical Lead

📋 Description

• Architect & deliver distributed backend systems handling billions of monthly events.
• Build scalable data pipelines with Kafka, ClickHouse, Snowflake and governance.
• Optimize performance with Aurora, Cloud SQL, PostgreSQL for low latency and high availability.
• Lead & mentor engineers through architecture decisions in an Agile setup.
• Drive cloud architecture on AWS and GCP for scalable, cost-efficient infra.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Data teams to hit roadmap milestones.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years backend development, with 3+ years in leadership or architecture.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, event-driven architecture, data-intensive apps.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Python, Go, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, ClickHouse, Snowflake, and relational databases.
• Proven experience scaling systems on AWS or GCP.
• Exceptional communication, mentorship, and problem-solving skills.
