🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field (or equivalent)
8+ years in software dev, systems engineering, or app support
3+ years in Technical Lead or senior role guiding architecture
Hands-on: Java, Spring, Tomcat; .NET applications
SQL development with Oracle and PostgreSQL
AWS, CI/CD, SecDevOps, and Agile practices
