Deliver instructor-led training virtually and in-person for customers, partners, and teams.
Develop training materials, labs, and documentation with SMEs.
Lead demonstrations, labs, and exercises via Workato Academy.
Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure clear, aligned content.
Provide live support and troubleshoot platform issues during training.
Continuously update training materials with product updates and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

3–5 years in SaaS/iPaaS training or enablement roles.
Hands-on training delivery experience in SaaS or cloud.
iPaaS platforms: MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica.
Strong knowledge of integration concepts, APIs, web services, and data transformation.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
