- Work with district IT from start to finish to set up rostering for ClassDojo
- Review district data to ensure it meets end-customer needs
- Investigate and fix data issues with district IT stakeholders
- Collaborate with account, district IT, and customer support teams; share status and risks
- Maintain documentation and update project status across multiple timelines
- Execute strong QA processes
- Two onboarding waves: Mar 2–Sep 30 or May 4–Sep 30; 40 hrs/week
🎯 Requirements
- At least 1 year in K-12 SIS integrations (API, Plug-ins, SFTP)
- Data cleaning and quality checking experience
- Ability to manage many projects on tight deadlines with organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High empathy and emotional intelligence with busy district IT teams
- Ability to learn new technology and products quickly
- Familiar with Asana, Notion, Zendesk
- Location: remote; US-based
🎁 Benefits
- Hourly rate in the US: $33/hr – $45/hr
- 40 hours/week, Mon–Fri, in your local time zone
