Technical Implementation Specialist

📋 Description

• Own and manage customer implementations from onboarding to data validation for tracking.
• Guide customers through technical implementation steps with clear instructions.
• Troubleshoot issues like missing page views, JS placement, and data gaps.
• Validate setups are complete and data quality meets expectations.
• Partner with internal teams to monitor onboarding progress and blockers.
• Manage a queue of active implementations, keeping customers informed as projects move through stages.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing implementation/onboarding in SaaS with tracking and data accuracy.
• Strong MarTech/AdTech/e-commerce knowledge with website tracking.
• Experience with client-side and server-side tracking (pixels, UTMs).
• Strong troubleshooting instincts and ability to diagnose issues and test assumptions.
• Excellent communication skills to balance technical depth with empathy.
• High attention to detail and strong organization.
