Technical Implementation Consultant, Workforce AI

📋 Description

• Partner with customers during implementation to design solutions meeting business needs.
• Lead technical discussions and help customers understand tradeoffs, constraints, and options.
• Translate healthcare workforce management needs into clear solution recommendations.
• Serve as trusted advisor on configuration, data, and integrations to impact outcomes.
• Support internal teams with guidance on solution patterns and design decisions.
• Analyze data flows, data structures, and processing logic; use SQL to investigate data.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years of experience in implementation consulting, solution consulting, technical consulting, systems analysis, or a similar role within a SaaS or enterprise software environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect business needs, system behavior, and data
• Working knowledge of SQL for data investigation and analysis
• Experience supporting integrations, including iPaaS tools (e.g., Workato) and/or SFTP file-based data exchanges
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
