- Experience implementing automated governance, policy enforcement, and compliance validation.
- Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams, driving standardization.
- Experience with metrics, reporting frameworks, and data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with federal or highly regulated environments (security, audit).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
