Plan, design, and execute end-to-end deployment projects for cloud call-handling.
Work with customers to understand needs and ensure successful implementations.
Provide advanced technical training and knowledge transfer during deployment.
Collaborate with engineering teams on complex solutions and troubleshooting.
Be a trusted advisor to customers and provide ongoing deployment support.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in a technical VoIP role (PBX, Call Center).
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (or equivalent).
Proven knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure.
Experience planning, executing, and delivering complex deployments.
Experience with network infra, routers, firewalls, and OSI model.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
