🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 4 years of experience as a team manager with project management responsibilities.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a technical VoIP role (e.g., PBX, Call Center).
  • Proven knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Nice-to-Haves: ENP/NG911; Cisco UCS; FreeSWITCH; SIP/WebRTC.
