🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical enablement, training, or curriculum development.
- Experience designing and launching multi-persona enablement programs.
- Strong program and project management skills for overlapping initiatives.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, coaching, and written communication.
- Proven stakeholder management with senior leaders and SMEs.
- Experience with LMS, authoring tools, and Confluence/SharePoint.
