🎯 Requirements

10+ years of experience in technical consulting or enablement
Knowledge of adult learning principles and curriculum integration
Proven track record designing and delivering enablement programs with measurable impact
Strong project management: multitask, prioritize, and execute in fast-paced env
Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Cross-functional collaboration and building relationships across the org
