Technical Enablement Lead

📋 Description

• Build the enablement system that scales FDE
• Own and scale technical enablement for customer-facing engineers
• Build onboarding, training, and delivery playbooks to reduce ramp time
• Create labs, architectures, and templates for inference flows (Truss/Chains)
• Close the loop between field learnings and product; enable assets
• Measure impact and iterate with enablement KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years supporting production software and systems teams
• Proven ability to teach and communicate technical topics to technical audiences
• Knowledge of software engineering, ML inference, and high-performance services
• Experience in technical enablement or developer education for customer-facing engineers
