- Oversee all technical aspects of the show: sound, lighting, rigging, automation, projection, and set.
- Guarantee a safe, functional environment for audiences, artists, and employees.
- Plan and manage the technical dept budget with Company Manager and Director - Technical Operations.
- Lead technical operations during tear-down, set-up, city runs, and transitions with touring stakeholders.
- Manage and develop the technical team, including permanent, temporary, and local crew.
- Manage and coordinate equipment maintenance, upgrades, and procurement.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Availability to tour internationally full-time and work abroad.
- Degree or diploma in live entertainment, theatre production, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years in technical management in entertainment.
- At least 5 years of touring experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CAD (AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS) is an asset.
- In-depth knowledge of technical production elements across disciplines.
