🎯 Requirements
- 1+ years in Technical Director/Technical Lead in production roles.
- 5+ years hands-on in Creative Technology, Software Development, 3D/VFX, Real-time Engines.
- Solid understanding of ML fundamentals - architectures, training vs inference, fine-tuning.
- Strong experience in scoping, estimating, delivering technical projects.
- Hands-on experience with AI/generative pipelines beyond text-to-image.
- Experience integrating APIs, automation workflows, or multi-step pipelines.
