📋 Description

• Own and evolve the technical vision on a GCP-based system with Angular SPA.
• Lead architectural decisions for a scalable, real-time, stateful system.
• Drive delivery health: assess feasibility and manage scope.
• Mentor and unblock a senior, multi-disciplinary team; participate in sprints.
• Uphold code quality across backend/frontend; ensure state and accessibility.
• Bridge Engineering, Design, Strategy, Production; translate AI into product decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as Technical Director/Architect leading complex, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Deep full-stack fluency: frontend (TypeScript, Angular/React/Vue) and backend (Python, async).
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python; contribute across stack.
• Advanced experience with GCP: containerized microservices, SQL/NoSQL, DevOps/IaC (Terraform).
• Experience deploying generative AI systems; latency, orchestration, multi-agent architectures.
• Excellent communication; translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
