📋 Description

• Independently contribute design, production, coordination, and detailing in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Prepare design sketches of moderate to complex site plans.
• Coordinate engineering systems with engineers and consultants; partner with Design Leadership.
• Communicate project status and design intent to owners, consultants, and clients.
• Perform field site observations and walks.
• Facilitate integration of performance-based and sustainable design strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Architecture (accredited program preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of related professional experience.
• Architectural registration in Canada preferred.
• CDT and LEED accreditation preferred.
• Knowledge of building codes and requirements.
• Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, MS Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
