Technical Designer III

📋 Description

• Contribute design, production, coordination, and detailing in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Coordinate engineering systems with engineers and consultants.
• Maintain communication with Owner and Consultants on project status.
• Prepare design sketches for moderate to complex site plans.
• Coordinate project documents with other disciplines.
• Evaluate design for code compliance and assist in plan approvals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor or Master in Architecture (accredited program preferred).
• Minimum 6 years related professional experience.
• Current Architectural Registration in the United States preferred.
• CDT and LEED accreditation preferred.
• Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, MS Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Must be a critical thinker and highly analytical.
