Manage technical product development for a product class with Merchants and Design teams on fit.
Create grading specs and garment measurements; develop or adjust patterns as needed.
Track fit approvals and samples; log samples and schedule fittings; maintain T&A log.
Provide fit comments; note discrepancies before fittings; review samples against design package.
Communicate daily with vendors, Merchants, Design, and Production for T&A and execution.
Ensure all company fit standards are upheld.

🎯 Requirements

4-year degree in fashion merchandising/design; minimum 4 years in technical design.
Retail or garment manufacturing experience preferred.
Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, MS Word, and Excel.
Understanding of fit, balance, garment construction, fabrics, and fabric performance.
Knowledge of fabrics, trims, and sewing operations for standard product types.
