🎯 Requirements
- Agile delivery experience (4+ years) as a Senior Scrum Master, Agile Lead, or RTE.
- Familiarity with SAFe; certification (SA, RTE, or SM) is a plus.
- Practical Lean/Agile knowledge applied pragmatically.
- Jira proficiency; Jira Align is a bonus.
- Collaborative, cross functional, and multicultural teamwork.
- Continuous improvement mindset; adaptable to change.
