π― Requirements
- Fluency in English is a must (B2/C1).
- Strong problem solving abilities with a customer first mentality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic technical knowledge and aptitude for learning new software systems.
- Experience with CRM and support tools such as ServiceNow, Intercom, or similar.
- Familiarity with basic troubleshooting methods and diagnostic tools.
