  • Develop understanding of Jamf products, features, functionality, and best practices.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Stay current on new product features and industry trends; participate in ongoing training.

🎯 Requirements

  • Fluency in English is a must (B2/C1).
  • Strong problem solving abilities with a customer first mentality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge and aptitude for learning new software systems.
  • Experience with CRM and support tools such as ServiceNow, Intercom, or similar.
  • Familiarity with basic troubleshooting methods and diagnostic tools.
