  • Become a Sentry product expert and help customers achieve goals with the platform.
  • Drive customer success and health via onboarding, adoption, value realization, and retention.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Engineering to meet goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, driving best practices and long-term success.
  • Partner with the sales team to identify expansions and opportunities from customer success.
  • Advocate for customers, communicating needs to prioritize product improvements.

🎯 Requirements

  • BA/BS in CS or related field, or equivalent
  • 5+ years in Customer Success or similar
  • Strong DevOps, app monitoring, and cloud-native skills
  • Experience with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
  • Excellent executive presence and cross-functional collaboration
  • Bonus: dev/devops experience; monitoring knowledge (logs, metrics, traces)
