π― Requirements
- BA/BS in CS or related field, or equivalent
- 5+ years in Customer Success or similar
- Strong DevOps, app monitoring, and cloud-native skills
- Experience with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
- Excellent executive presence and cross-functional collaboration
- Bonus: dev/devops experience; monitoring knowledge (logs, metrics, traces)
