  • Serve as primary contact for customer tech stakeholders; align needs with our solutions
  • Provide technical guidance to developers, PMs, and architects on Image/Video/Asset
  • Nurture relationships via ongoing communication, meetings, and proactive support
  • Identify upsell opportunities with sales to drive revenue growth
  • Drive product adoption by monitoring usage and deploying proactive interventions
  • Track customer health with analytics; segment to identify risks and mitigate

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS
  • Proven track record of retaining and growing customer relationships
  • Experience with SaaS products; web/mobile, APIs, DAM, and cloud tech
  • Excellent communication with enterprise customers
  • Minimal travel up to 10%
  • Track record of revenue KPI goals (NDR/NRR/GRR)
