- 3+ years as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS
- Proven track record of retaining and growing customer relationships
- Experience with SaaS products; web/mobile, APIs, DAM, and cloud tech
- Excellent communication with enterprise customers
- Minimal travel up to 10%
- Track record of revenue KPI goals (NDR/NRR/GRR)
